FREEYOU Partners

The FREEYOU Programme comes from a consortium of 5 partners:

  1. MEET Center – Milano, Italy

MEET is the Italian organization that supports digital culture and creative technology.
MEET was born out of Meet the Media Guru with the fundamental support of Fondazione Cariplo. Designed as a social-oriented institution, MEET collects, promotes and shares creative ideas and innovative projects to reduce the digital cultural divide and guarantee an increasingly more active participation with an approach centered on meeting and inclusion.

2) INOVA+ – Matosinhos, Portugal

3) CYENS – Nicosia, Cyprus

CYENS CoE is the Research Centre of Excellence in Cyprus in the area of Information and Communication Technologies focusing on Interactive media, Smart systems and Emerging technologies. It is a joint venture between the three public universities of Cyprus (University of Cyprus, Cyprus University of Technology, Open University of Cyprus), the Municipality of Nicosia, and two renowned international partners, the Max Planck Institute for Informatics (Germany) and University College London (UK). CYENS CoE is designed to act as an integrator of academic research and innovation, towards the sustainable fueling of scientific, technological and economic growth of Cyprus and Europe, empowering knowledge and technology transfer in the region.

4) University of Thessaly – Volos, Greece

University of Thessaly provides undergraduate and postgraduate programs and extra-curricular modules in specific research and business fields, for over 43000 students.
As one of the University of Thessaly central institutions, the Center of International Education (CIE) supports all major processes at the University and provides basic and individually tailored services in order to systematize and unify the decentral training in the various fields.

5) IDEA Municipality of Alzira – Alzira, Spain

IDEA is the local development agency of the City Council of Alzira (Valencia). IDEA aims to promote economic development and employment in the city. The mains areas of IDEA are: the labour orientation service, the entrepreneurs service, the training service and the European projects service
By Possessing a highly competent and efficient staff and versatile facilities (1200m2 of space) that are adaptable to a variety of diverse activities and programmes IDEA has strong structures in place to continue to develop their activities.
